Rio Grande do Sul governor proposes state lottery regulation bill

Regulation

Rio Grande do Sul governor Eduardo Leite announced a bill to regulate the state lottery, covering traditional, instant and prognostic-based games while excluding fixed-odds sports betting. The public tender and auction are planned after a final announcement expected in April; contracts are scheduled for the following year, according to the report.
