The Rhode Island Lottery selected Bally’s over Rush Street Interactive to operate the state’s second online sportsbook, according to the report. Bally’s is expected to launch in November as IGT’s exclusive arrangement expires; the state retains 51% of online sports betting revenue under the current structure.
