ReferOn completes management buyout and appoints Alex Bukin CEO
ReferOn said Alex Bukin acquired the company in a completed management buyout and became its chief executive. The company said the ownership change will not affect daily operations, partnerships or services; it also promoted Vlad Bondarenko to chief product officer and appointed David Harris chief operations officer.
The buyout changes ownership and leadership, while the company says daily operations, partnerships and services will continue unaffected.
