The Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry published the voluntary dissolution and extinction of Recreativos Ibaizabal Sociedad Limitada on 6 November. The report places the company in the machines sector in Bizkaia.

The registration is dated 28 October. In a single act, it records the removal of José Pedro Quevedo Alonso as sole administrator and his appointment as liquidator. The report says the company is not only dissolved but also liquidated and removed from the register in one step.
