Regulation

Peru's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism reported S/419.5 million in taxes from remote games and betting between January and November 2025. Digital games contributed S/91.4 million; separately, a study citing official data put suspicious transactions linked to illegal gambling at about US$216 million from 2007 to 2018.
