Regulation

The Pernambuco Court of Justice revoked an interim injunction previously granted to Spribe OÜ in Brazil over the AVIATOR trademark, according to the reported decision. The court said a federal court had suspended the legal effects of Spribe’s Brazilian trademark registration and barred the company from asserting exclusivity pending a nullity case.
