Norte de Santander’s government said it launched a public awareness campaign with support from SuperGiros to discourage illegal gambling and promote authorised games. A campaign vehicle will visit Cúcuta, Villa del Rosario and Los Patios for 20 days; separate sessions will explain rules for raffles, including a 14% exploitation charge on prize value.
