Norcross and investors buy former Trump Plaza property for about $5m

Deals & M&A

George Norcross and a group of investors bought the former Trump Plaza casino resort in Atlantic City, the buyers’ spokesperson confirmed. Atlantic County property records show Carl Icahn sold the 10-acre property for about $5 million in September; the site includes a parking garage and a vacant hotel. The buyers have not said what they plan to do with it.
