Nevada sportsbooks recorded $763m in wagers in March, down 11.3% from the same month a year earlier, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Their $46m win was up 107%, with a 6.0% hold compared with 2.6% a year earlier; mobile wagers totalled $550.4m, down 10.1%.
Reportedly, Washington DC sportsbooks handled $80.2m in September wagers, an increase of 4%. bet365 began operating in the market during the month.
Reportedly, Missouri sportsbooks accepted $207.5m in wagers during August. That marked the lowest monthly betting total since the market opened.
Kansas sportsbooks took $167.3 million in wagers in July, 4% less than a year earlier, according to a media report. The figure was the lowest monthly total reported for 2026 so far.
It was reported that Nevada sportsbook handle recovered in June after falling through May. The report linked the rebound to World Cup activity and wagering on the Vegas Golden Knights.
