Nevada Gaming Control Board reduces pari-mutuel reporting frequency
The Nevada Gaming Control Board changed Minimum Internal Control Standards for Group I pari-mutuel betting licensees, effective immediately under notice 2026-42 dated 6 July 2026. Two reports on commissions and pari-mutuel wagers must now be prepared monthly rather than weekly; licensees must update written internal controls by 31 October 2026.
Affected licensees must change reporting schedules and update their written internal controls by the stated deadline.
