Missouri Gaming Commission confirms Underdog withdraws sports betting application

Licences & markets

The Missouri Gaming Commission confirmed that Underdog withdrew its sports betting application days before Missouri’s planned 1 December market launch. Executive director Mike Leara said the company was pursuing prediction markets; Underdog’s fantasy sports licence in the state remains in place.

Underdog’s withdrawal removes an applicant from Missouri’s planned launch and leaves its fantasy sports licence unaffected.
