Midnite appointed former FanDuel Canada director Dale Tang as its general manager for Canada, according to the company and Tang’s announcement. Tang will lead Midnite’s planned Canadian launch; the report says Midnite previously raised $35 million to expand its geographic reach.

Flutter said Dan Taylor will become Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 October 2026 and join its board. Peter Jackson will leave both roles on 30 September and remain as an adviser through year-end to support the transition.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ordered designated contract markets to end US geofencing that conflicts with impartial-access requirements within 30 days, or explain why they cannot comply.
