MGC requires licensed sports betting operators to display approval seal
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission adopted an official seal that licensed sports betting operators in the state must display on their digital platforms. The commission says the seal is intended to help consumers identify platforms it licenses and regulates; it lists Bally Bet, BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, Fanatics Betting & Gaming, FanDuel and Penn Sports Interactive, which operates as ESPN Bet.
Operators must display the seal on digital platforms, giving Massachusetts consumers a regulator-defined marker of licensed sports betting sites.
