Massachusetts Gaming Commission lists sports wagering licensees

Licences & markets

Source: Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MA)

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s licensee information page states that only operators listed by the commission may accept sports wagers in the state. It says licensed operators pay tax on gross sports wagering revenue at 15% for retail and 20% online, and notes that Betr and WynnBet did not renew their temporary licences after early 2024.

The page sets out which operators may take sports bets and the tax rates applying to licensed wagering revenue.
