Madrid government advances taxpayer bill covering regional gambling taxes

Regulation

Madrid’s regional government approved a draft Taxpayer Defence Bill covering taxes it administers, including gambling taxes, and sent it to the regional assembly for parliamentary consideration. It also approved a draft decree providing for general reviews of regional laws every four years; organisational regulations would have a maximum five-year term before evaluation.
