Macau Legend appoints Baker Tilly as auditor for FY2025

Macau Legend Development appointed Baker Tilly as auditor for the 2025 financial year, replacing Ernst & Young, the company said in a clarification announcement on 20 May. Macau Legend said the change followed a failure to agree audit fees after EY resigned on 1 December 2025; the audit committee said it did not expect audit quality to be affected.

The appointment changes the auditor responsible for Macau Legend’s FY2025 accounts amid reported losses and net current liabilities.
