Lio Chi Chong has returned as acting director of Macau’s Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau after Ng Wai Han became Secretary for Economy and Finance, the report said. Lio, the bureau’s deputy director, previously held the acting role from December 2024 until Ng took over in May 2025.
The appointment changes the acting leadership of Macau’s gaming regulator while its director position remains vacant.
