Luckia has received three-year extensions to its Spanish online roulette and blackjack licences, the company said. The renewals continue authorisations it has held since June 2012, with no change to their conditions.

Luckia Gaming Group reported that online and sports betting revenue reached EUR 369.8 million in 2025, up 58.1% from 2024. The company’s consolidated revenue was EUR 636.9 million, while EBITDA reached EUR 67.3 million and net profit EUR 18.5 million.
Luckia said average stakes in its in-person betting division rose 30% in 2025, alongside the installation of 500 new terminals. The company attributed its highest-ever division margin to new risk-assessment tools and said its Galicia market share reached 35%.

The Dutch gambling authority KSA has renewed three monopoly licences held by Lotto B.V. for a period of five years, according to a KSA notice. The licences cover lotteries, instant lotteries (scratch cards) and land-based sports betting. The current licences expire on 31 December 2026.
The KSA approved the first eight five-year renewals for online gambling operators in the Netherlands, allowing them to operate from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031, according to the report. The named brands include TOTO, Holland Casino Online, Kansino, Bet365, GG Poker and Betcity. The report also says the KSA extended Lotto B.V.'s lottery and sports betting monopolies for five years while a related appeal remains pending.
