Light & Wonder said Josh Wilson will leave his role as SciPlay chief executive on 30 October, when his contract term ends. Chief financial officer Oliver Chow will take over on an interim basis from 1 November while the company searches for a successor; Chow will retain his CFO role.

A senior iGaming executive has left Light & Wonder. The company is searching for a new chief product officer of iGaming and a vice president, according to the outlet's appointments round-up.
Galaxy Gaming appointed Anand Singh as chief technology officer on 6 July, the company said. Singh will lead its technology strategy and engineering organisation, working with the product development team. He previously held engineering roles at Agilysys and Light & Wonder.
Light & Wonder said it reduced debt by AU$153 million during its third quarter and is prioritising further debt reduction. CFO Oliver Chow said the company aims to lower leverage to three times cash flow by June 2027; recurring revenue represented 67% of total revenue, while systems sales fell 24%.
Chief executive Matt Wilson closed Light & Wonder's third-quarter earnings call late on Wednesday, describing "an eventful quarter". Among the financial results, Wilson highlighted a debt reduction of AU$153 million ($107.7 million). Fitch Ratings upgraded Light & Wonder's outlook to "Positive", and this was given particular emphasis.
