KSA tells Legs Eleven and Maassilo Bingo Loco events breach Dutch gambling rules

Regulation

The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) told Legs Eleven Limited and Rotterdam venue Maassilo that planned Bingo Loco events did not comply with Dutch gambling law, according to the regulator. The KSA said the events were large public gatherings with a commercial purpose and prizes. The planned bingo nights will instead become music quizzes, while a Maastricht event was also scheduled at Complex.

Event organisers and venues must change the planned format for these prize-bearing bingo events to proceed.
