Kjerulf Ainsworth has offered to acquire 5.5% of Ainsworth's ordinary shares for AUD1.30 each. The offer represents a stated 23.8% premium to the closing price before submission and requires approval from other shareholders; it remains open until April 2026.
Shareholders must approve the offer, which offers participating holders AUD1.30 per share.

The Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission renewed Ainsworth Game Technology’s licence at the end of May after reviewing the company’s suitability, according to the commission. The commission said Ainsworth’s responses were complete and timely; the company was not accused of wrongdoing in the review.
