ITIA suspends two tennis players and a coach over integrity breaches

Enforcement & compliance

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) sanctioned Mark Kaufman and Luka Todorovic for breaches of tennis anti-corruption rules, and provisionally suspended coach Marino Jakic pending an investigation. Kaufman received an 18-month suspension and a $5,000 fine, of which $3,500 was suspended; Todorovic received a nine-week suspension and a $10,000 fine, of which $7,500 was suspended. An independent hearing officer upheld Jakic’s provisional suspension on 18 August 2026.

The sanctions restrict the players’ and coach’s participation in tennis events during their suspensions.
