IEC plans to launch its self-run LaVie online casino platform in the Philippines

Licences & markets

International Entertainment Corporation (IEC) plans to launch its own LaVie Resort & Casino Manila online platform in the Philippines in mid or late November, the company said in a stock exchange filing. Its subsidiary New Coast Leisure Inc will operate the platform, which IEC says will be limited to legally eligible registered players in the country. The company said the platform will include live dealer games, remotely accessible slot machines and other electronic games; some offerings have not begun commercial operations.

A self-run platform could give IEC more direct control over online casino operations, while access remains limited to legally eligible registered players.
