Grupo Orenes has acquired gaming-machine operator Diz Señoráns, based in Vilanova de Arousa, Spain, the company said. Orenes said the deal strengthens its presence in Galicia and takes its nationwide installed-machine total above 22,000.
The acquisition expands Orenes’ gaming-machine operations in Galicia and increases its stated national network beyond 22,000 machines.

Grupo Orenes reported revenue of €1.182 billion in 2025, an 8% increase, placing it third among companies by turnover in the Region of Murcia. The group’s EBITDA rose to €177 million from €156 million in 2024, while investment increased 35% to €180 million.
