Grandstand maintained its full-year 2026 guidance after reporting second-quarter revenue of $37.8m, down 5% year on year, and adjusted EBITDA of $7.7m, down 44%. The company attributed the revenue decline to weaker marketing revenue, which more than offset 12% growth in sports data services; it said its restructuring programme was almost complete.

Grandstand kept full-year guidance despite lower revenue and adjusted EBITDA, citing stronger sports data services and near-complete restructuring.
