Flutter cuts 2026 revenue and EBITDA outlook after Q3 results

Deals & M&A

Flutter Entertainment lowered its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance after Brazil’s regulated-market closure and adverse sports results affected its third-quarter performance, the company said. Revenue for the three months to 30 September was $3.87bn, up 2% year on year, while adjusted EBITDA fell 25% to $360m and its net loss widened to $1.14bn.

Lower guidance, falling adjusted EBITDA and a widening net loss flag pressure on Flutter’s financial outlook.
