Dutch court allows KSA to publish Unibet’s €4m fine

Regulation

A Dutch preliminary-relief judge rejected Unibet’s request to delay publication of the Kansspelautoriteit’s €4 million fine while the company’s objection was pending. The court found Unibet’s arguments insufficient; the regulator was therefore allowed to publish the decision, which had already been made public, according to the report.

The ruling permits the KSA to disclose the penalty before resolving Unibet’s objection.
