DraftKings announced third-quarter revenue of $1.3bn, an increase of $185m, or 16%, from the same period in 2025. A news release attributed the increase mainly to continued customer engagement and a higher sportsbook net revenue margin.

Monthly unique payers rose about 13% to 4.1 million. Average revenue per monthly unique payer rose about 3%, or $3, to $109 for the three months ended 30 September.

Chief Financial Officer Alan Ellingson said the core operation is producing considerable free cash flow, which funds expansion of the predictions unit. For fiscal 2027 the company is guiding to revenue of $7.35bn to $7.75bn, about 17% more year-over-year at the midpoint, and Adjusted EBITDA of $800m to $1bn, with $300m of Adjusted EBITDA investment in Predictions at the midpoint.

Predictions revenue is expected to be immaterial this fiscal year because promotions for new customers will absorb most of the gross revenue generated. For the fourth quarter, the company anticipates Adjusted EBITDA investment in Predictions of $175m to $225m. Jason Robins, the CEO and Co-Founder, said in a statement that over 1.6 million customers have engaged with predictions so far this year.
