DigiPlus Interactive Corp. reported a net loss of PHP947.6 million in the third quarter of 2026, compared with net income of PHP1.71 billion in the same quarter last year. The company attributed the loss to a non-cash PHP4.52 billion fair-value loss on convertible notes issued by International Entertainment Corporation (IEC).
The valuation loss affected DigiPlus’s reported earnings despite being non-cash.

It was reported that Maybank attributed DigiPlus’s weaker-than-expected second-quarter earnings to lower gaming revenue than anticipated. Core net income reached PHP2.35bn, increasing 8% from the previous quarter.
DigiPlus said it was monitoring developments in Brazil. The outlet linked the response to what it described as a presidential ban on online gambling.
Reportedly, International Entertainment aims to start online gaming in the Philippines during late August or September. New Coast Leisure will operate the platform, while DigiPlus subsidiary Total Gamezone Xtreme will supply its technology. The agreement assigns New Coast Leisure a 3% share of gross gaming revenue and its partner 97%, with specified deductions applying.
Red Rock Resorts reported a net loss of $17.7 million for the third quarter of 2026, compared with net income of $76.9 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 2.8% to $488.7 million, while the company attributed the loss mainly to $79.1 million in share-based compensation linked to anniversary stock awards.
Caesars Entertainment reported third-quarter revenue of $2.9bn, up 2.5% year on year, and a net loss of $123m. Its adjusted EBITDA was $865m, while Caesars Digital’s adjusted EBITDA rose to $44m from $28m in Q3 2025. Separately, reports say chief executive Tom Reeg will lead Fertitta Entertainment’s leisure operations after its planned acquisition of Caesars; the report says Caesars skipped its quarterly call while a definitive agreement is pending.
Caesars Entertainment reported third-quarter net revenue of $2.9bn, an increase of 2.5% on the prior-year period, and a net loss attributable to Caesars of $123m, the company announced. The net loss compares with $55m in the same quarter a year earlier. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $865m, down from $884m a year earlier.
