Delasport launched a horse racing product in the UK through an integration with BetMakers Technology Group, the companies said. The offering is live with several UK-facing sportsbook brands and combines BetMakers’ racing services with Delasport’s sportsbook platform.
The integration gives sportsbook operators using Delasport access to BetMakers’ horse racing offering in the UK.

BetMakers Technology Group has signed a deal with Pari-Mutuel Urbain, the French state-owned company holding a monopoly on horse racing betting. The Australian betting technology group said business continues as usual following Tabcorp's multi-hundred-million dollar purchase of the company.
It was reported that Fitch assessed Tabcorp’s BetMakers acquisition as credit neutral. The ratings agency said an AUSTRAC investigation remained the company’s principal near-term concern.
Tabcorp agreed to acquire all issued shares in BetMakers for AU$267 million under a proposed scheme announced on Monday. Shareholders would receive AU$0.24 per share in cash, with an option to take some consideration in Tabcorp shares, subject to a 25% cap on the transaction value. Completion requires shareholder and court approval, competition clearance and gaming and racing authority consent.
It was reported that Tabcorp agreed to purchase BetMakers for $200m. Informal talks had ended in February before the companies revived the takeover plan.
France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. The review, the authority's first of a gambling transaction spanning online and land-based operations, focused mainly on poker and concluded that the deal was unlikely to restrict competition. The authority said its assessment did not account for possible future legalisation of online casino games.
