CountR appointed Patriot Gaming & Electronics as its US parts distributor, the company said. Patriot will supply, repair and refurbish parts for CountR’s CashIO kiosks, TITA terminals and related components. CountR said system sales, installation and ART platform services will remain with it and its authorised partners.
The arrangement gives US operators a local source for parts and repair services for CountR systems.

France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. Wynn Resorts expects its Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah to open in September 2027, according to chief executive Craig Billings. The company expects to decide around February 2027 how the resort will launch; handovers to its operations team are due to begin in early 2027, with full control expected in late July.

Betfair will continue operating in Italy through the end of 2026, with Flutter postponing its decision on the market to 2027, according to a report citing sources inside the company. The review reportedly takes account of Italy’s remote-gambling concession costs and the timetable for technology changes set by ADM; Betfair’s Italian affiliate programme ended on 31 October 2026.

DraftKings lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $6.35 billion-$6.55 billion, from $6.5 billion-$6.9 billion previously, and reported a third-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of $317 million.
