Coljuegos sets temporary relief for operators affected by Colombia earthquake

Coljuegos adopted temporary measures for gaming concessionaires and operators directly affected by the earthquake on 10 August, under Resolution 20260019544. The regulator said online gaming reporting and payment schedules will generally remain unchanged, although individual exceptions may be considered; measures for other games include adjustments to deployments, terminals, draws and reporting. Operators must demonstrate direct damage, and the relief does not waive exploitation fees or administration costs.
