Coljuegos approved Agreement No. 3 on 2 June 2026, revising the rules for Baloto, an online lottery game, according to the report. The agreement replaces the full section on the game in Agreement No. 8 of 16 September 2020 and includes further provisions related to game management and regulation.

Coljuegos issued an information notice to operators of land-based games of chance about a new function for updating electronic slot-machine inventory. The notice refers to Resolution No. 20260006744, dated 10 April 2026, which adds to rules on slot-machine reliability conditions and phased implementation.

The programme covers gambling legislation, inspection procedures and administrative and criminal measures against illegal operations.
