Coljuegos establishes importer registry for gambling devices
Coljuegos established a registry for importers and distributors of gambling devices in Colombia. From 2026, businesses must register and license digital gambling devices before import; suppliers and exporters have 45 days from the resolution’s 26 January publication to register, and importers must report each device’s location within 10 days of customs clearance.
