Raven recently closed a financing round led by Coinbase Ventures and CMCC Global at a $90 million valuation, according to reports. The company did not disclose how much either investor contributed; CMCC co-founder Charlie Morris is joining Raven’s board.

Recipients include Gambling with Lives, Gamban, GamLearn, Chapter One and Beacon Counselling Trust; the funding page puts total provision through 2028 at £39.7m.

Gamban said it has returned its gambling-blocking service to free access in England after receiving funding approved by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities. The company said it had previously switched to subscriptions and had already restored free service in Wales earlier in the year.

Sands China completed a US$1bn private offering of senior unsecured notes on Tuesday, according to filings by parent Las Vegas Sands. The issue comprises US$700m of 6.400% notes due in 2032 and US$300m of 6.700% notes due in 2033. The company said it intends to use proceeds and cash on hand to redeem US$700m of notes due in 2027, repay its revolving facility and fund general corporate purposes, including capital expenditure.
