CLSA cuts Macau 2027 gross gaming revenue forecast by 4%

Deals & M&A

CLSA reduced its Macau gross gaming revenue forecast for 2027 by 4% because of weaker revenue growth and operating-cost pressure, according to the brokerage. It now estimates revenue of MOP259.2bn, up 2.4% year on year, and cut its 2028 forecast by 3% to MOP270.4bn. The firm reported that second-quarter 2026 sector EBITDA fell 10.7% to $1.81bn.

The lower outlook signals continued pressure on Macau casino revenue growth and profitability.
