Choctaw Casino & Resort–Pocola has begun a $140 million expansion and renovation project in Oklahoma, the Choctaw Nation said. The 28-month project includes a seven-storey hotel tower with 130 rooms, alongside upgrades to the hotel, casino and poker room; the completed project is estimated to create more than 150 jobs.
The project adds hotel capacity and upgrades gaming facilities at the Oklahoma property.

Wynn Macau began construction of The Enclave, a 432-key hotel tower beside Wynn Palace in Macau, during the third quarter of 2026, according to Wynn Resorts. The company estimates a 2.5-year construction period and an opening in 2029; Wynn Macau’s operating income fell 39.2% year on year to just below US$108.3m in the quarter.

Penn Entertainment chief executive Jay Snowden said the company is not prioritising acquisitions, with debt reduction, possible share repurchases and recently completed and planned growth projects ahead of deal-making. He said any acquisition would need to offer a high implied free-cash-flow return, limited risk and strategic value; Snowden also said Penn could consider returning to Las Vegas in the future.
Acquisitions are not a leading priority for Penn Entertainment, according to the company, and CEO Jay Snowden pointed to several options that rank higher. Snowden spoke on the conference call with analysts held after the regional casino operator reported third-quarter results.
Wynn Resorts CEO Billings said on the company’s third-quarter earnings call that Macau could encourage concessionaires to add hotel rooms to support non-gaming growth. He said the market has five times the Las Vegas Strip’s gaming revenue but 30% of its hotel rooms, and noted that Wynn’s contribution of up to US$170 million to a government investment fund can count towards its US$2.6 billion non-gaming commitment.

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority selected Bede Gaming to develop and launch its BetSIGA online gaming platform in Saskatchewan, with launch planned for spring 2027. SIGA said the platform will include identity verification, geolocation, anti-money-laundering and player-protection controls; the selection followed a competitive procurement process.
