Chile's Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego said 22 casinos authorised under Law No. 19.995 recorded gross gaming revenue of 372.774 million from January to September 2026. Revenue fell 7,9% in real terms year on year, while the casinos accrued taxes of 141.329 million pesos.

Casino de Juego Talca asked Chile’s Comptroller General to reconsider its refusal to examine complaints against the SCJ. The Santiago Court of Appeals has set a five-stage DNS-blocking process to enforce a Supreme Court judgment against unauthorised online gambling services. Lotería de Concepción or Polla Chilena de Beneficencia will report suspected domains to the SCJ, which validates them before SUBTEL notifies telecoms firms.
