Caesars reports 4.8% digital revenue growth in Q3 2026
Caesars Entertainment reported Q3 2026 revenue of $2.94bn, up 2.5% year on year, while adjusted EBITDA fell 2.1% to $865m and net loss reached $123m. Digital revenue increased 4.8% to $326m for the three months to 30 September; the company did not provide results analysis, citing its pending acquisition by Fertitta Entertainment. Shareholders approved the $17.6bn acquisition proposal, which Caesars hopes to complete by June 2027.
The results show digital growth alongside a wider group net loss and a pending acquisition that could change Caesars’ ownership.
