Brazil's Economic Affairs Committee approved a bill to redirect 0.01% of federal lottery revenue from Fenaclubes to the Brazilian Club Committee (CBC). The proposal now goes to the Senate plenary, with a request for urgent consideration, and would retain the funding's purpose of professional training.
The bill would change which sports body receives a share of federal lottery proceeds.

Leeds City Council's licensing committee approved the transfer of Victoria Gate Casino's large casino premises licence to Merkur Casino Entertainment UK at its 30 June meeting. The transfer is part of an agreed sale, with completion anticipated at the end of June 2026; the casino's Social Inclusion Fund will continue for two years.
The DC Office of Lottery and Gaming said its total regulated gaming transfer to the District's General Fund rose to more than $51.8m in fiscal year 2025, the highest level since 2017. The agency said it also achieved Level 2 Responsible Gaming Certification from the World Lottery Association.
