Brazil’s Ministry of Finance issued three ordinances on 24 March updating corporate records and approved brand lists for licensed betting operators. The changes include a new brand for Aposta Ganha and a corporate-name update to A2FBR S.A., according to the ministry’s published ordinances.
Operators must ensure their corporate and approved-brand records align with the updated regulatory entries.
