Brazil finance ministry extends betting-content agreement to June 2026
Brazil’s Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets extended its cooperation agreement with Conselho Digital do Brasil through 30 June 2026. The addendum, signed on 30 December and published the following day, extends the agreement by six months. The original arrangement provides for cooperation to prevent, detect and remove betting-related content that breaches national law.
The extension keeps Brazil’s cooperation with Conselho Digital do Brasil in place to prevent, detect and remove unlawful betting content.
