Bragg shareholders reject Matevž Mazij’s board re-election with 55.67% vote
Bragg shareholders voted 55.67% to 44.33% against re-electing chief executive Matevž Mazij to the board at the company’s 18 June AGM. Bragg said he offered to resign under its bylaws and will remain a director until the offer is accepted, a successor is appointed or 90 days pass; the report said his future as CEO was unclear.
The vote challenges Mazij’s board position, while his CEO future remains unclear and he may remain a director during the transition.
