BGaming has announced a partnership with online casino and sports betting operator LaFija.com, the company said. The arrangement gives LaFija.com players access to BGaming’s igaming portfolio, including Wild Tiger, Royal Beellion and Chicken Shot.

Digitain announced a partnership with Estonian operator LuckyBet.ee to provide an iGaming platform and sportsbook, alongside CRM, affiliate and payment solutions. LuckyBet.ee said it holds a licence from Estonia’s Tax and Customs Board and that Estonia is its first market outside Latvia.

France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. The review, the authority's first of a gambling transaction spanning online and land-based operations, focused mainly on poker and concluded that the deal was unlikely to restrict competition. The authority said its assessment did not account for possible future legalisation of online casino games.
