BetMakers agrees to acquire Nevada wagering hub for reported $800,000

BetMakers announced an agreement earlier in December 2025 to acquire Las Vegas Dissemination Company (LVDC) for a reported $800,000. BetMakers said the acquisition would provide access to LVDC’s Nevada wagering network; the deal is expected to contribute $4.5 million in revenue and at least break even on adjusted EBITDA in its first year.
