Belgium’s Gaming Commission says people can request the removal of a voluntary gambling exclusion by submitting a signed application and identification. Access resumes after a three-month wait. Exclusions requested by a third party last at least one year before a person can apply for removal, and the third party may respond.
Operators need to account for different waiting periods and review procedures when checking exclusion status.
