Banijay Group said its online betting and gaming division, which includes Betclic, generated €1.59 billion in 2025 revenue, up 10.2% from 2024. The group reported €425.2 million in adjusted EBITDA for the division, a 12.6% year-on-year increase.

Banijay Gaming appointed Antoine Jouteau as chief executive, with his role due to begin on 1 September, the company said. He will set the group’s strategy, including organic growth and targeted acquisitions, following its completed combination with Tipico Group and planned acquisition of JOA.
It was reported that Antoine Jouteau will become chief executive of Banijay Gaming. The group owns Betclic and Tipico, whose acquisition completed earlier in the year.
Banijay Group reported that sports betting and gaming revenue rose 17.3% to €433.1m in Q1 2026, before its acquisition of Tipico completed in April. Unique active players increased 20%; sportsbook revenue rose 14% to €326.5m, while casino, poker and turf revenue grew 27%.
LeoVegas has launched its Tiger sportsbook for UK customers across BetMGM, LeoVegas and BetUK, the company said. The product uses a platform built on technology acquired in 2024 and includes odds boosts, partial cash-out and combination-bet options.
