Bally’s expands loan commitments to $1.1 billion for New York casino plans

Funding

Bally’s Corporation has increased its loan commitments to $1.1 billion, according to the company’s updated financing agreement. The package includes a $600 million initial term loan and a further $500 million available on a delayed-draw basis; Bally’s said the latter is intended for New York licensing costs. The company expects its planned Twin River Lincoln property sale to close in early 2026.

The delayed-draw facility is intended to fund New York licensing costs, while the financing supports Bally’s planned property sale.
