Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) fined Relax Gaming and Arrise Solutions CAD40,000 each after finding their casino games available on unregulated gambling sites. The regulator said both companies cooperated with its investigation and acted to restrict access by Ontario players.
The penalties place suppliers on notice that games supplied to unregulated Ontario sites can trigger enforcement.
