Affinity Gaming pledges cooperation on Primm casino transition
Affinity Gaming chief executive Scott Butera told Nevada regulators on 21 May that the company was working with the Primm family on a potential sale or transfer of the Primm properties. Affinity plans to end casino operations there on 4 July, after nearly 15 years as tenant; the family is considering taking over the assets or selling them, and LV Petroleum has made a bid.
The transition could determine whether a successor takes over the Primm casino properties when Affinity ends operations.
